PURPOSE:To facilitate fine control by fitting one end of a metering pin movably in a poppet, and providing this metering pin with a means to put the spring chamber in communication with the primary side port when the poppet has moved too much. CONSTITUTION:One end of a metering pin 4f installed in a spring chamber 4b is fitted movably in a poppet 4a, and this metering pin 4f is equipped with a means to put said spring chamber 4b in communication with the primary side port 41 when the poppet 4a has moved excessively. Thereby the pressure P1 at the primary side port 41 flows into the spring chamber 4b, when the poppet 4a opens too much, to eliminate pressure difference between the two chambers, and now the poppet 4a moves in the direction of opening the valve. According to this arrangement the poppet 4a can be opened and closed proportional to the pilot pressure Pi, to ensure that fine control is performed easily.
