<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation the of bend habit in copying paper by bending the copying paper at least two times so as to make each bend quantity small, when carrying the copying paper to the downstream side in the carrying direction from a feed paper means. CONSTITUTION:One sheet 16A of a copying paper 16 is fed out, and before its tip contacts by pressing to the nip position of a carrying roller 20 of the upstream side, a copying detector 24 is operated. Even when this detector 24 is operated and a detecting signal is outputted, a feed paper roller 17 continues rotation for a prescribed time, and the carrying roller of the upstream side remains stopped, therefore, the copying paper 16A forms the first bend T1. Subsequently, the carrying roller 20 of the upstream side starts to rotate for a prescribed time in the direction as indicated with an arrow. By this rotation, the copying paper 16A is carried to the downstream side of the carrying roller 20 of the upstream side, and its tip contacts by pressing to the nip position of a carrying roller 21 of the downstream side, but since this carrying roller 21 of the downstream side is in a stopped state, the second small bend T2 is formed in the rear end side of the copying paper 16A, by which the tip is corrected finally.</p> |
