PURPOSE:To obtain the titled spinning chamber of long life having improved abrasion resistance, by stopping holes of an aluminum oxide coat formed by hard anodizing treatment on the inner wall surface of an aluminum alloy. CONSTITUTION:A coat 3 of an aluminum oxide on the inner wall surface 2 of a rotating spinning chamber made of a hard anodized aluminum alloy is stopped by steaming or treatment with a chemical not to reach moisture at the boundary part between the aluminum alloy and the aluminum oxide by permeation. Thus, the corrosion resistance is improved, and the surface smoothness is improved with prolonged life.
