PURPOSE:To prevent unevenness from generating by attaching a thermally fluid resin to a revet head to have a resin filling a clearance between the revet head and a spot facing hole by keeping a skin material heated in contact with the revet head during a vacuum molding. CONSTITUTION:A thermally fluid resin 10 is attached to a revet head 2a. To perform a vacuum molding, first, a skin material 4 is heated to be made flexible and then, set on the surface of a core material 1. Here, the skin gets in contact with the surface of the revet head 2a so that the resin 10 will melt, fluidize and penetrate into a clearance between the spot facing hole 1a and the periphery of the revet head. Under such a condition, with a vacuum suction, the resin fills the clerance densely. This prevents the generation of a groove on the surface side of the revet head thereby making the surface of the skin material smooth. |
