<p>PURPOSE:To provide oil based ink which can give clear lines on a polypropylene film, containing a surfactant and a resin which has affinity with polyolefin resins and can be kept as a liquid at room temp. CONSTITUTION:At least a surfactant and a resin which has affinity with polyolefin resins such as rosin alcohol resin and rosin and can be kept as a liquid at room temp., are incorporated in an oil ink composition. The surfactant is effective in lowering the surface tension of the ink to 22-24dyn/cm or below which is the surface tension of the polyolefin film, whereby the surface tension of the ink is adjusted to about 22dyn/cm to ensure an ability of wetting the film. When the high-viscosity rosin alcohol resin is incorporated in the ink, the adhesion of the ink to the film can be increased. When the rosin resin is incorporated, the fixation of the ink to the film can be improved.</p> |
