WIRING METHOD BETWEEN CONTROL BOARDS FOR UNMANNED CARRIAGE SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To simplify the wiring work and to avoid impairing the plant environment after wiring by performing the serial transmission between control boards and providing a transmission cable into a cable groove. CONSTITUTION:Control boards 6 and 7 are connected by a transmission cable 8 which is wired through a cable groove 2. Both boards 6 and 7 contain programmable controllers PC9 and 10 and serial transmitters 11 and 12. These transmitters 11 and 12 convert the signals supplied from controllers PC9 and 10 via wirings 13 and 14 into serial signals and transmit them outside. With this serial and optical transmission system, the mutual noises with a guide cable 3 can be deleted. The information on the interlock between both fixed stations or the information on a prescribed state is transmitted when necessary between boards 6/7 and controllers PC9/10 via the cable 8.
