PURPOSE:To improve a quality of an image formation by covering a surface which contacts to an original of a press-contacting means, with a member which can be bent by following a shape of the original. CONSTITUTION:A fibrous fur 20 which contacts to an original 2 or a glass 1 is provided densely on a ground 21. The ground 21 is stuck to the surface of a pressing plate 3. For instance, the thickness of an original used generally is about 0.3mm., if so much, and as for the length of the fur 20, 1mm. or less brings about a good result. According to this constitution, a step difference due to thickness of the original can be covered with the fur 20, and also although it depends on a density of the fur 20, an illuminating light can be reflected by an adjacent part of an original platen glass 1 of the fur 20, and a black line which is a defect of a conventional example can be prevented. Also, for instance, it is also allowed that the pressing plate is formed so as to be bent. |
