PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus, having a simple structure, and easily operable, by providing a sampling piston having a sample liquid collection port equipped with a check valve in a sampling cylinder having a germfree air inlet and a sample liquid taking outlet. CONSTITUTION:A sampling apparatus having a sampling piston 30 and a driving piston 33 respectively in a sampling cylinder (29a) having one end opened to the interior of a tank 28 and a driving cylinder (29b), a germfree air inlet 38 and a sample liquid taking outlet 39 in the cylinder (29a) and a sample liquid collection port 32 equipped with a check valve 31 in the piston 30.
