PURPOSE:To use both sides of a tape at the same time by winding a tape round a pair of first and second rollers in such a manner that one end of the tape is wound round the first roller, with one side of the tape inward, and the other end thereof is wound round the second roller, with the opposite side inward. CONSTITUTION:In a tape driving device 10, a corresponding tape 15 is wound round each pair of first and second rollers 12, 13 in such a manner that one end is wound round the first roller 12, with one side 14 thereof inward, and the other end is wound round the second roller 13, with the opposite side 16 thereof inward. Accordingly, the opposite side 16 of the tape 15 is exposed upward on a guide plate 17 related to the first roller 12 of the paired rollers, and on the other hand, one side 14 of the tape 15 is exposed upward on a guide plate 18 related to the second roller 13, whereby information of the tape portions on the guide plates 17, 18 is simultaneously processed, so that both sides of the tape can be used at the same time, and twice information can be processed with the same amount of the tape.
