Process and apparatus for the continuous production of a filled dough tube

A process and an apparatus are described for the continuous production of a filled material extrudate. The process starts from flowable material components which are introduced into an extruder and extruded as a flat, U-shaped, rectangular, semi-circular, star-shaped or heart-shaped or the like profile and, immediately after leaving the die, are filled in a still flexible condition and resealed.
