PURPOSE:To decrease signal line numbers and to eliminate latching circuits, by using a photo thyristor or a thyristor in a driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:A matrix circuit 2 consisting of a diode array or an AND-gate array, etc. provides as control pulses P1-P32, AND signals of eight column inputs mk and four row inputs n1-n4, and provides as reset signals RS1-RS4, AND signals of a reset signal RS and row inputs n1-n4. The anode terminals A of photothyristors S1-S32 are connected with a positive potential through solenoids Xi, and the gate terminals G each can be supplied with control pulses Pi. Each solid state relay R1-R4 is normally ON and it becomes OFF only when corresponding one of the reset signals RS1-RS4 is applied to the control terminals C respectively. In this way, since the photo thyristors S1-S32 and the solid state relays R1-R4 have respective functions which both of a driving circuit and a latching circuit have had previously, the latching circuit can be eliminated. |
