The solar collector consists of a housing, containing an absorber with feed- and outlet connections. The absorber is formed as a pipe (4) with parallel sections (3), extending between the two connections (1,2). The volume of the pipe corresponds to approx. half the free volume (5') of the housing. The pipe sections are in contact with each other or at small relative distances, and their ends (6) are connected fluid tight without transition elbows, and forming overflow apertures (7). The pipe volume is a min. of 20, pref. a min. of 100 litres. |
