PURPOSE:To fix rapidly, securely, and easily tubes by fusing and fixing the end part of a cylone tube on the air sucking port side and the end part of an air introducing tube at least to the respective neighboring end parts. CONSTITUTION:Cyclone tubes 16 are inserted into the neighboring opening parts 4c to a stepped part 16B, and a pressing die 17 which is heated to a temp. at which the base material of the tube 16 is melted is pressed in the direction C to melt the end part of the tube 16. And the molten part is expanded around the opening parts 4c. Accordingly, the molten part flows into a connecting groove 17B furnished to the pressing die 17, and the molten part of the tubes 16 are finally combined to form a fused part 20. Subsequently, the pressing die 17 is quenched and taken out from the tubes 16. The tubes 16 are successively joined in the same way, and air introducing tubes 7 are joined to a lower lid by exatly the same technique.
