The invention relates to a valve seat dresser for reseating worn or dirty valves, in particular water taps, such as are installed in virtually all households. Dressers of different sizes are required for reseating the different sizes of taps, which cutters can according to the invention be axially slipped on in a form-fitting manner. The drive handle is shaped like a nozzle and can accommodate spare dressers, seals and the like. The valve seat dresser is manufactured mainly from rustproof materials, preferably plastics.
