PURPOSE:To improve the moisture resistance by means of coating layers by a method wherein a trifluorochloride ethylene resin film with its surface highfrequency sputter-etching processed is utilized for a film coating the photoconductive surface of the titled battery main body. CONSTITUTION:The photoconductive surface of a solar battery main body 1 is coated with a trifluorochloride ethylene resin (PCTFE) film 3 with its surface highfrequency sputter etching processed and the backside of the main body 1 is coated with a moisture resistant film 4 while both films 3 and 4 are bonded to the main body 1 using an adhesive layer 7. Then multiple minute needle-like projections are formed on the processed surface of PCTFE film by means of highfrequency sputter etching the surface 2 of film 3. Through these procedures, the PCTFE film 3 may be firmly bonded to the adhesive layer 7 to prevent any water content from permeating into the main body 1 since said minute needle- like projections are thrusted into the adhesive layer 7 to fill the role of an anchor. |
