<p>PURPOSE:To mix effectively filler and waste plastics preheated at high temperature by making the opposing surfaces of two circular disks put on each other of two uneven surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The surfaces of two circular disks 1, 2 or the surfaces put on each other composed of uneven curved surfaces with a wave form and a curvature or ordinary uneven angulated non-planes are handled. A material inlet 5 is equipped upon a gap 4 so that it can go to each of the two disks and at least one of them is made so that it can be rotated by a motor. Effective kneading and the quick discharge of generated material can be made. Similar effects can be obtained by polygonal disks as well as the circular disks.</p> |
