PURPOSE:To permit to obtain a high heat transfer rate in respective quality areas and evaporate mist perfectly by a method wherein a mist collecting layer, at least one part of a heat transfer tube is contacting therewith, is provided at the outside of the heat transfer tube. CONSTITUTION:The mist collecting layer 9, consisting of plate-like wire net layer, is arranged in parallel to the heat transfer tube 5 at the outside of the heat transfer tube 5 so that both surfaces of the wire net layer contact with respective heat transfer tubes 5 and at least one part of the mist collecting layer 9 contacts with the part of the surface of heat transfer tube 5. The vapor of operating liquid, containing the mist, enters into the main body cylinder 1 through the operating liquid entrance 7, flows down through the inside of the main body cylinder 1, exchanges the heat thereof with hot-water flowing through the heat transfer tube 5 into a direction opposing to the flow of the vapor of operating liquid in this period to heat it, then, flows out of the operating liquid exit port 8 while the mist content in the operating fluid is collected gradually by the mist collecting layer 9. The collected mist arrives at the surface of the heat transfer tube 5, heated and evaporated here by the hot-water in the heat transfer tube 5 and is made into steam. The steam, which was the steam from the initial state thereof and entered into the main body cylinder 1, contacts with the heat transfer tube and is heated, whereby the temperature thereof becomes higher than the saturated temperature thereof. |
