PURPOSE:To remove frictional parts and slipping parts and enhance durability and reliability, by providing a spring clutch mechanism instead of a conventional friction clutch mechanism in a path through which the rotation of a platen is transmitted to an auxiliary guide plate. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a platen 11 is transmitted through a gear 37, the first transmission geasr 38, a clutch mechanism 40, the second transmission gear 42 and a rotatable piece 49 to the auxiliary guide plate 29 fixed to a rotary shaft 31 through a retaining member 30, thereby moving the guide plate 29. The clutch mechanism 40 engages and disengages the transmission gears 38, 42 from each other by moving a shaft 39 by a solenoid 48 through a rod 48a and a lever 47. The clutch mechanism 40 consists of a cylindrical part 40b, a spring 43, a pressing plate 44 and the like. |
