PURPOSE:To produce cream solder having excellent cleaning property and viscosity characteristic by compounding specific amide with a flux of the cream solder. CONSTITUTION:Cream solder contains amide having at least one unsatd. alkyl group of 16-24C or an unsatd. or satd. alkyl group contg. a hydroxy group. The amide having at least the unsatd. group of 16-24C is enumerated by unsatd. carboxylic acid amide. The unsatd. amide contg. the hydroxy group of 16-24C is enumerated by ricinoleic acid amide, etc. The amide having one satd. alkyl group contg. a hydroxy group of 16-24C is enumerated by aliphat. oxycarboxylic acid amide. |
