摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect a FG (frequency generator) signal at the time of low speed rotation or at the stop time of rotation, in the titled apparatus according to a pattern FG one round integration system, by forming the FG pattern provided to the fixing part side of a rotary apparatus by magnetic resistance element material. CONSTITUTION:An FG magnet 18 is provided to a rotor yoke 17 while an FG pattern 19 is provided to a stator so as to be formed to a printed wiring board 20. In this case, the change in magnetic flux following the rotation of the FG magnet 18 is taken out as the change in the resistance value between the electrodes 21, 22 of the FG pattern 19 and converted to a sine wave like FG signal which is, in turn, further subjected to wave form shaping through an operation amplifier to obtain a rectangular wave like FG signal. By this method, the FG signal can be detected even at the time of low rotation or at the stop time of rotation and, for example, in a video tape recorder, tape feed at the time of slow regeneration, tape feed at the time of frame feed regeneration and the determination of a stop position can be accurately performed for each frame as a unit.
