PURPOSE:To synchronize the feed of a sheet with the rolling reduction thereof for improving operating efficiency by providing the rolling reduction motions to oppositely arranged dies with the aids of cylinders controlled by a function generator and providing a toggle mechanism to a housing for the purpose of feeding the sheet. CONSTITUTION:When cam disks 16 for forming toggle mechanisms by synchronizing right and left motors 15, are rotated at constant speed; right and left cylinders 8 fitted with dies 10 are horizontally rocked around pins 7 respectively, by the actions of links 11, 12. Both cylinders 8 are reciprocated by giving a command from a function generator 18 to a pressure regulating valve 17 used for controlling the supply of a pressurized oil to each cylinder 8. By this mechanism, the dies 10, 10 are simultaneously provided with the motion of approaching and separating to/from each other and the rocking motion, and the sheet 2 is advanced while being subjected to rolling reduction. A product sheet is formed by providing this mechanism to either of right and left sides of a rolling mill. |
