PURPOSE:To permit to retrieve the heat of cooling water by process water by a method wherein the waste gas of the heating furnace and cooling water after cooling the heating furnace are introduced into a heat exchanger to retrieve the heat of waste gas by the cooling water and the cooling water, whose temperature is increased, and the process water are introduced into plate type heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:The waste gas of a heating furnace 1 is introduced into a gas-liquid type heat exchanger 3 through a waste gas duct 2. On the other hand, the cooling water, which has cooled the heating furnace 1, is sent into said heat exchanger from a delivery pipe 9b and the temperature of the cooling water is increased by retrieving the heat of waste gas. The waste gas, discharged out of the heat exchanger, is released into atmosphere through a funnel 8. The cooling water, whose temperature is increased by retrieving the heat of waste gas, is introduced into the plate type heat exchanger 5. On the other hand, the process water is introduced into the heat exchanger 5 through a feed water pipe 6a and the temperature thereof is increased by absorbing the heat of the cooling water, thereafter, is supplied as hot-water to the utilizing places thereof through the delivery pipe 6b. The cooling water, whose heat is deprived in the heat exchanger 5, is sent to the heating furnace 1 through the feed water pipe 9a to recirculate and reuse it. |
