PURPOSE:To reduce mis-wiring generated upon connection and obtain the central control device excellent in handling convenience including properties of work and maintenance by providing transmission lines for connecting a remote controller for operation and the main body of the controller. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of remote controllers (a) for operating air conditioners, the main body (b) of central controller for controlling the remote controllers and the air conditioner (c) are provided and the remote controllers (a) and the main body (b) are connected by the transmission lines 3, 4, 19. The wireless device (d) of remote controller (a) side and the wireless device (e) of air conditioner (c) side are constituted of transmitors and receivers utilizing radio wave or light. A charge type electric source device 20 is the electric source circuit of the remote controllers (a) and the charging of battery 229 is effected when the remote controllers (a) are in signal receiving mode or the electric source, supplied from a voltage supplying terminal 100 of the main body (b) side, is impressed on the electric source circuit 20 through relay contacts 118 130. Accordingly, it is necessary only to work with the air conditioner (c) upon installation, exchanging work or maintenance of the air conditioner (c), the mis-wiring between the central controller may be eliminated, the battery is not necessitated to be exchanged and periodical inspection and maintenance may be facilitated.
