PURPOSE:To obtain an automatic, high-reliability method by inputting a color array as to only a master which is judged visually to be normal as to the connection array of color-classified electric wires. CONSTITUTION:Only color-classified electric wires 2 connected to the connector 1 at specific pitch in a correct color array are selected as the master, and the electric wires are paralleled at the specific pitch. The electric wires 2 are irradiated with rays l1 from a lamp 3 and reflected light l2 is directed to a line sensor camera 4. A filter 5 provided between the electric wires 2 and line sensor camera 4 consists of three filters R, B, and G of red, blue, and green as the primary which are obtained by dividing a rotary disk 6 into three equally along radial section lines 7, 7', and 7''. The camera 4 photodetects the light and sends a signal to the video processor 11 of a computer 10, compares the signal with the measurement result of a body to be tested. |
