PURPOSE:The titled sheet, obtained by impregnating a mat consisting of glass filaments with a specific amount of a resin composition consisting of a specific thermoplastic polyester, a filler and a low-molecular weight polycaprolactam, and having improved heat resistance, dimensional stability and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:A stampable sheet obtained by impregnating (E) 5-100pts.wt. mat consisting of glass filaments with 100pts.wt. resin composition consisting of (A) 100pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester resin consisting of 95-5wt% polyethylene terephthalate resin and 5-95wt% polybutylene terephthalate resin, (B) 0-100pts. wt. filler, e.g. glass fibers, (C) 0.1-30pts.wt. polycaprolactone having <=5,000 number-average molecular weight and (D) a nucleating agent, e.g. carbon powder, in an amount to impart crystallization accelerating property thereto.
