PURPOSE:To obtain the rubber hose in which the rubber having excellent molding property and the reduced resistance of fluid in a pipe is used at inner pipe part by blending the reinforced rubber which is grafted on a rubber, while adding a specified fine short fiber like material, natural rubber, other diene family rubber and carbon black. CONSTITUTION:(A) the reinforced rubber composition obtained by following process: 1-20pts.wt. fine short fiber like material of thermoplastic polymer (e.g. 6-nylon, etc.) with CONH radical in a polymer molecule is dispersed in the vulcanizable rubber in the state of continuous phase, and said polymer and vulcanizable rubber are grafted with novolak type phenol resin intervening therebetween at the interface of said short fiber like material, (B) natural rubber and polyisoprene in which the ratio of total natural rubber and polyisoprene in the component A, B is 30-100wt% to the total rubber component, (C) the diene rubber except the component B, and (D) 30-70kpts.wt carbon black are blended, vulcanized and molded, thereby obtaining the rubber hose with 55-80 deg. hardness measured by A type spring style hardness test of JLS K6301 for vulcanized article. |
