PURPOSE:To utilize slinger up more effectively and reduce noise upon dispersion of condensed water by a method wherein an introducing plate, collecting water dispersed by a slinger ring and introducing it into a heat exchanger, is formed by a shape memory alloy material and is attached to the air conditioner. CONSTITUTION:The condensed water introducing plates 5a, 5b of shape memory alloy are attached to an air guider side plate 6, to which an outdoor heat exchanger 2 collecting the condensed water sligned up by the slinger ring is attached. A drain pan 10, reserving the condensed water, a propeller fan 3, cooling the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger 2 and an air guider are provided in the machine. When water, reserved on the propeller fan and drain pan, is dispersed by the slinger ring 4 and strikes the introducing plates 5a, 5b, the surface of the water becomes a convex curvature, therefore, the dispersed condensed water can be introduced to the heat exchanger without reflecting at random. Accordingly, the efficiency of the heat exchanger may be improved. On the other hand, the dispersed water does not strike the air guider side plate, an outer casing or the like directly, therefore, generation of noise toward indoor side may be prevented. |
