PURPOSE:To prevent intrusion of gas such as outside air into a reaction tube by constituting the reaction tube in such a way that a gas for brazing flows in a turbulent or vortex state in said tube. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 22 for introducing a gas for brazing connected to a reaction tube 21 installed in a heating furnace is connected to a reaction tube 21 at a prescribed angle theta with the central axis in the longitudinal direction thereof. The pipe 22 is connected to the tube 21 in a way as to maintain a prescribed angle phi with the tangent 23 of said tube. When a gas for brazing such as, for example, gaseous hydrogen, is introduced into the pipe 22 constituted in such a way, the gaseous hydrogen introduced therein flows in a turbulent or vortex state while swirling along the inside wall of the tube 21 as shown by a dotted line. |
