1. A method for manufacturing protein containing tablets, characterized by the combination of the following steps : a) hydrating protein with pressurized water ; b) granulation of the so hydrated protein, drying and calibrating of the granulates ; c) coating of the granulates with a lipid, and d) compression moulding of the coated grains with maintaining the pressure.
