PURPOSE:To use a low-priced microcomputer so as to control an engine, by calculating a period of engine rotation corresponding to a speed of the engine after it additionally provides a hysteresis characteristic. CONSTITUTION:It is assumed N for an engine rotary speed before it additionally provides a hysteresis characteristic, T for a period of engine rotation corresponding to this speed and alpha for a hysteresis width to be additionally provided to the engine speed. A period of rotation T' corresponding to the engine speed, after it additionally provides the hysteresis, is approximately shown by the next expression. T' (T-k)Xc+k where the alphabet (k) and (c) is a constant respectively determined by the engine speed N and the hysteresis width alpha. The control of an engine is executed by calculating said period of rotation T' after the hysteresis characteristic is additionally provided. In this way, the engine can be controlled by using a low-priced microcomputer. |
