PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of cooling liquid without fail even in the case the pressure of compressed air is decreased by providing a ring-shaped expanding and shrinking body between an outlet chamber in which shielding gas is sealed and an inlet and outlet pipe, and supplying the shielding gas together with the compressed air. CONSTITUTION:In order to prevent the leakage of cooling liquid which flows from an outlet chamber in which shielding gas is sealed to an outlet chamber in which free air is mixed, a retaining ring 88 is provided at the outer periphery of an inlet and outlet pipe, and a ring-shaped expanding and shrinking body 86 comprising rubber is contacted with the inlet and outlet pipe. The compressed air is supplied to said expanding and shrinking body 86 via a valve 90 and a check valve 92 for preventing the back flow, and the shielding gas is supplied to the outlet chamber via a valve 94 and the check valve 93. In this constitution, since the shielding gas is supplied to the expanding and shrinking body 86 even though the pressure of the compressed air is decreased due to failures, the inlet and outlet pipe can be maintained in the press-stuck state. |
