<p>PURPOSE:To produce stably the pressure resisting hose compounded with a core tube by winding up integrally and continuously belt like or rod like blank on the outer surface of the core tube, while rotating with transferring the core tube by rotation of rotating and transferring belts. CONSTITUTION:Rotating members R, S are driven with rotation by a motor M by way of the spline shafts 7, 7' provided with a sprocket 1, a chain 2, sprockets 3, 4, 4', universal joints 6, 6', 6'', 6'''. Because the belts 9, 9' of upper and lower rotating member unit are arranged in mutually reversed angle, when the rotating and transferring belts 9, 9' are rotated, a core tube A is advanced with rotation in the arrow direction. The core tube A is supported by receiving rolls 17, 18, and winds up the band like blank 21 extruded from the die 22 of an extruder in molten state, while being transferred with rotation. Thus the pressure resisting hose is produced.</p> |
