Phosphoryl-triazines

N-Phosphoryl- or thiophosphoryl-N'-s-triazinylformamidines of the formula <IMAGE> (I) wherein R1 and R2 independently of one another are each C1-C20-alkyl, or phenyl unsubstituted or substituted by halogen, and X and Y are each oxygen or sulfur. A process for producing these triazines and their use for controlling pests are described.
