PURPOSE:To compress the information content and to reduce memory capacity and the operation quantity by erasing a stable band in processing. CONSTITUTION:If a substance has a flaw or an inclination between changing points, a part between the changing points is detected as a stable band, i.e. a part having no change only by a fixed distance. For instance, parts between points b-c and between points d-e are stable bands and generate noise at the edges of the substance 1. The phenomena that the start point of an changing point is the end point of the succeeding changing point, the end point is connected to the next start point and the stable band is generated in an area started from the start point of the changing point. When the distance of both the start points of two changing points is included within a fixed distance, the information of the end point of the changing point existing in both the start points and the start point of the 2nd changing point is erased in the processing to remove troubles. While observing the relation consisting of points a, b, c the poins b, c are erased when distance between the points a-c is included within a fixed distance. |
