PURPOSE:To improve rust resistance in the stage of decreasing extremely the change in magnetic flux density by constituting a ferromagnetic metallic layer of a cobalt-nickel-chromium alloy contg. chromium at specific %. CONSTITUTION:A nonmagnetic metallic layer 2 which expands in volume in the stage of solidification is formed on a non-magnetic substrate 1 and a ferromagnetic metallic layer 3 is formed on the layer 2. The layer 3 is constituted of a cobalt-nickel-chromium alloy contg. 0.1-10atom% chromium. Bi, Sb, Ga, Ge, Si, Tl and the alloy thereof, intermetallic compd. thereof, etc. are usable for the nonmagnetic metal. High polymer films consisting of, for example, polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide, polyamide-imide, polyimide, etc., glass, ceramics, sapphire, etc. or a metallic sheet having an oxidized surface, etc. are usable for the substrate 1. Rust resistance is thus improved without deteriorating the magnetic characteristic.
