PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance and inspecting works by obtaining an abnormal unbalance occurring position and its unbalance amount from abnormal unbalance vibration components and an influence coefficient representing the relationship between it and the previously stored unbalance vibration. CONSTITUTION:The abnormal vibration of a rotor 1 is detected by a sensor 5, input through an amplifier 7 to a vibration analyzer 8 to analyze the unbalance vibration. If this is judged to be abnormal by a discriminator 9, initial abnormal unbalance vibration components are extracted by a vector calculator 12. Then, the maximum amplitude of the initial components and the maximum amplitude of the influence coefficient from a memory 12 are obtained by a calculator 13, normalized by a calculator 14, and the differene of both is obtained by a calculator 15. A pattern recognition unit 16 discriminates the unbalance amount occurred at the abnormal unbalance position to obtain an unbalance amount by a calculator 18. The abnormal unbalance position and amount of a rotor obtained by the discriminator 19 are indicated on an indicator 20. |
