PURPOSE:To obtain a chip-type coil having a small and simple structure and being of low cost, by providing a part of the coil on a ceramic substrate. CONSTITUTION:Conductive patterns 91, 92... 96 formed in such a manner that a part of a coil is cut away in the lower side 8a are provided on both lateral sides and top of a ceramic winding body 8 by evaporation or printing. Moreover, on the top of a ceramic substrate 6 conductive patterns 71-77 are provided corresponding to the patterns 91-96 of the main body 10 of a chip-type coil. Then, connection by soldering and fixation are conducted so that the beginning terminal 91s of the pattern 91 contacts with the pattern 71, the ending terminal 91e of the pattern 91 with the beginning terminal 72s of the pattern 72, and, in the same sequence thereafter, the ending terminal 96e of the pattern 96 with the beginning terminal 77s of the pattern 77. |
