<p>PURPOSE:To control easily the size of substrate and to improve the post position accuracy of the original cylinder standard, by defining a plane equal to the cylinder attachment surface of the substrate to which a rotary head cylinder is attached as an attachment surface to the substrate and therefore attaining an absolute standard equal to the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 1 is set upright in the figure, and posts 23 and 24 are titled by an angle eta equal to a lead angle of the cylinder 1. These posts are fixed to a boat 28 are conventional and positioned by a V-stopper 31. A V- stopper plate 32 is newly added to the stopper 31 in this invention. The lower side surface 32a of the plate 32 serves as a plane equal to an attachment surface 1a of the cylinder 1 to a chassis 27. While the upper side surface 32b of the plate 32 contains a surface vertical to the center shaft of both posts 23 and 24 respectively and a plane which is parallel to a stretched tape. In other words, both surfaces 32b and 32a are tilted at an angle eta equal to the cylinder lead angle.</p> |
