发明名称 FOAM SUPPRESSING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of air bubbles in a gelling apparatus by suppressing foaming, by a method wherein a sol-like substance is sprayed into vacuum to be cooled and gelled through the utilization of latent heat of evaporation and the ambient air is leaked to the surface of the cooled sol-like substance. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum generation apparatus 5 is operated to evacuate a hermetically closed chamber 1 and, for example, a sol-like substance 9 is scattered in the hermetically closed chamber 1 at 35-40 deg.C by a liquid sprinkler 8. Rapid boiling is generated in the substance 9 by this sprinkling and latent heat of evaporation is deprived to instantaneously cool said substance 9 to the temp. of water bringing the pressure in the chamber to saturation steam pressure. Sprayed liquid droplets 10 are not perfectly cooled to a saturation steam temp. and, therefore, continue boiling even after fallen and received in a container 4 and a large amount of air bubbles are generated on the surface of the gelled substance 11. At this time, the open air 12 is introduced so as to be directed to the surface of the substance 11 from above through a leak pipe and raises the surface pressure of the substance 11 to suppress the generation of air bubbles. Therefore, the scattering of air bubbles is prevented in the chamber 1.
