PURPOSE:To restrain deterioration of magnetic characteristics due to hardened shrinkage of synthetic resin by fixing only the yoke having a hole of a winding iron core and by providing a winding after cutting at the position corresponding to the leg surface of the window of the iron core and opening it. CONSTITUTION:A thin amorphous magnetic alloy belt 1 is wound around a square frame and a rectangular winding iron core 2 is formed. When the thin amorphous magnetic alloy belt 1 is wound, a round bar 4 and the thin belt 1 are wound together in the middle of the lamination of both of the shoulder layers of one yoke of the iron core 2 and penetrating holes 3, 3 are formed in the direction of the width of the iron core. Only the yoke provided with the holes 3, 3 is coated or impregnated with synthetic resin and interlayers of the thin amorphous magnetic alloy belt 1 in the yoke are fixd by drying the synthetic resin. The fixed yoke of the iron core 2 is cut at the position 5 corresponding to the leg surface 2a, 2a of an iron core window. |
