PURPOSE:To fold the titled bladder by a bleeding device of small capacity in a short period of time by preventing damage of the bladder due to superfolding by folding effectively the bladder at fix pressure, by making bleeding after high- temperature vapor in a bladder body has been clotted by a cooling device. CONSTITUTION:Upon completion of vulcanization of a tire, the inside of a bladder body 1 and a bleeding device 9 are connected by operating a directional control valve 11 with each other. Vapor containing high-temperature remaining hot water in the bladder body 1 is led to a cooling device 12, the major part of the vapor containing the hot water is cooled and condensed by cooling water and air and a small quantity of the vapor in the remaining low-temperature vapor are discharged out of a system by the bleeding device 9. As bleeding is performed after the vapor has been made to condense by the cooling device, a quantity of gas to be bled is little and a tiny bleeding device is sufficient for the bleeding. As the cooling device is kept at a fixed temperature, pressure in the insides of the cooling device and the bladder become constant, the bladder can be folded into a fixed shape always and damage of the bladder can be prevented.
