PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of biting and surface breakage due to the mechanical contact between layers by adding lubricant between the layers of a multilayerd bellows. CONSTITUTION:A bellows 10 is constituted of an inner-layer bellows 11, outer- layer bellows 12, piping parts 13 installed at the edge parts of the both bellows and the lubricant 14 added between the layers of the both bellows. Said lubricant 14 has a liquid or solid form and possesses lubricating action at the temperature of use and possesses the compatibility with the layers 11 and 12. As the solid which possesses lubricating action at high temperature, listed are molybdenum disulfide, boron nitride, etc. Since the lubricity between layers can be improved by adding the lubricant 14, the generation of the surface breakage due to rubbing and biting which causes cracks can be prevented, and the long service life of the bellows can be secured. |
