PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor circuit outputting a sufficient logical level by providing a capacitor between a gate and a source of a MOS element at the load side of a MOS circuit of a pre-stage giving an output to a gate of a MOS drive circuit. CONSTITUTION:The capacitor is provided between the gate and source of the MOS element 9 of load circuit of a buffer circuit B3 of the pre-stage applying an output to a gate of the MOS drive circuit 17 outputting a signal to the outside of a chip. Through the constitution above, when an input data D is logical ''1'', the level of a node N1 goes to logical ''1'' level, an output N3 of the buffer circuit B3 starts rising from 0V, and since the nodes N1, N3 are coupled by a capacitor, the node N1 reaches a voltage over a power supply voltage Vc. When the voltage increase from the Vc is over a threshold value of the MOS element 9, the voltage Vc is outputted to the node N3 and a sufficient output level is obtained an output Dout.
