PURPOSE:To suppress the deterioration of the VSWR of a coaxial-microstrip converter by connecting a coaxial outer conductor and a ground conductor of a microstrip line with a conductor foil having nearly the same degree of the width as that of the microstrip conductor. CONSTITUTION:Fig. shows a cross sectional view of the coaxial-microstrip converter. After microstrip lines (4, 5, 6) are mounted on a carrier plate 7 with a conductive adhesives 8 or the like in Fig., the conductor foil 12 having nearly the same degree of the width as that of the strip line 4 is provided to a gap 11 produced in fixing said carrier plate 7 to a case 9 with a screw (not shown) in the figure so as to connect the ground conductor 5 and the coaxial-microstrip converter electrically. Through the constitution above, the deterioration of the VSWR produced by said gap 11 of the coaxial-microstrip converter is suppressed and the accuracy of the mechanical size is decreased, then the reduction of cost of the mechanical components is remarkably attained. |
