PURPOSE:To apply resin lining to the inner surface of a pipe having a predetermined length by a low positive pressure air stream, by setting the speed of an air stream so that the flowing speed of a resin flowing in the pipe by the air stream is set to a predetermined speed or more. CONSTITUTION:As the resin A of a lining agent, one high in a non-drooping property is used. When the resin A is blown into a pipe 1 by the air stream blown from a blower 6, said air stream is set so that the speed thereof is regulated so as to impart a flowing speed to the resin A at a certain speed or more and the pressure thereof is adjusted to low positive one of about 0.6kg/ cm<2> or less. By this method, a resin lining film is formed to the inner surface of the pipe in a uniform thickness.
