PURPOSE:To eliminate the wastefulness of cost and an installation area while making it possible to change capacity corresponding to a use in the same kind of a machine, by making a fan cover freely detachable and making a flowline forming plate of sucked air freely exchangeable. CONSTITUTION:A fan 2 is rotated to bring the interior of a frame body 3A to negative pressure while dust-containing air is sucked from a suction port 4. Dust-containing air is filtered by a filter 5 comprising a polyester nonwoven fabric and purified air is guided to a sound arresting chamber 8 along the flowline forming plate 10A in a fan cover 13 through the emitting port 14 of the frame body 3A and exhausted out of the machine from the outlet 16 of the machine from the outlet 16 of an upper lid 15. the dust collected by the filter 5 is fallen off in a dust box 6 by a dust removing lever. The fan cover 13 is made freely detachable and the flowline forming plate 10A is made freely exhangeable.
