The mobile soil working machine, suitable for ditch digging and cleaning, also mowing grassy slopes, has an hydraulic operated outrigger arm, with rotary support disc, facilitating easy manoeuvring in all directions of the digging, scoop, or grass cutter. The digger (1) consists of a vehicle (2) with an interconnected outrigger arm (3) which supports a digging basket or mowing tool (5). The rotary disc support (9) has an hydraulic piston cylinder unit (13) and an adjuster (12). The four wheel vehicle has a turntable (10) with outrigger, cabin (17) and counterweight (18) for balancing the outrigger. The vehicle may be fitted with an extra steering support wheel.
