PURPOSE:To extract a signal of the same level from all taps by making the length of crossing width of interdigital electrodes of each output converter different from each other. CONSTITUTION:The output signal level of output converters 18, 17... apart from an input converter 12 is smaller than output converters 11, 12 closer to the input converter 12, then the internal impedance of the output converter apart from the input converter 12 is well matched with the impedance of external circuits 51, 52.... Moreover, electrode crossing widths W1, W2...W8 are selected so that the matching between the internal impedance of the output converter and the impedance of the external circuit 51, 52... is shifted with the output converter closer to the input converter 12, and a signal level applied respectively from taps 21, 22...28 to the external circuits 51, 52...58 is made identical. |
