PURPOSE:To contrive to prevent the water level from abnormally rising by increasing the flow rate antecedently by a method wherein the flow rate is controlled based upon the output of a function generator corresponding to the water level signal of a hot well in a condenser, when said output exceeds the output to control the condensate spill -over flow rate. CONSTITUTION:The condensate spill-over flow rate is detected by a flow rate transmitter 6 so as to calculate the deviation from the set value by means of a deviation calculator 7, its output is inputted to a proportional integrator 9 in order to input to a high selector 10. On the other hand, a condenser hot well water level signal is inputted to a function generator 12 in order to input to the high selector 10. The high selector 10 outputs the signal, which is higher between said two signals, resulting in increasing the spill-over flow rate antecedently, when the hot well water level exceeds the set value and consequently suppressing the rising of hot well water level. In addition, the point of time, when the control of spill-over flow rate is changed-over to the control by the output of the generator 12, is detected by a monitor switch II11 so as to folow up the output of the proportional integrator 9 to the output of the generator 12. When the water level falls and the flow rate becomes below the set value, said following-up is released through the detection by a switch 8. |
