PURPOSE:To output a frequency voice signal suitable for both of a present voice signal recording circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a frequency modulating voice signal recording circuit is used in a high band VTR, switches 20L, 20R, 22L, 22R, 25A, 25B are changed over to side. Since to an input side of a voltage controlled oscillator 1L, a bias voltage is impressed from a bias voltage supply circuit 16 through a parallel circuit of resistances 17L, 19L, and oscillating frequency of the oscillator 1L changes, an AFM signal LA2 of 1.8806MHz is formed and it is inputted to a divider 21L. Similarly, the oscillating frequency of an oscillator 1R is changed, a voice carrier signal RB2 of 2.329MHz is formed, and it is inputted to a frequency divider 21R. The dividers 21L, 21R divide the inputted signals LA2, RB2 into 1/890, in frequency espectively, and output the divided signals to frequency dividers 2, 3.
